Merchants Auto group is looking for Full Time Sales / Finance Position Automotive Sales Representative / Finance Manager. Merchants Auto Group is seeking only the BEST for their elite sales force. We are a Used Car Dealership selling 20-30 vehicles per month. Job

Requirements

Automotive sales experience isn 't necessary to be successful, but you should have previous sales experience.

• Automotive sales experience is a plus , inside sales or outside sales is required

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to engage with clients and present financing options.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth transactions and negotiate terms.
• Leverage CRM software to track customer interactions and follow up on leads.
• Conduct outbound sales efforts and support marketing initiatives to drive dealership traffic. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
