Customer First Culture Specializing in Women's Fashion Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate items. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance on best practices. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required. * Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. * Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
