• Seeking a results-driven business development leader to drive corporate client acquisition
• Focus on expanding IT staffing services to private sector companies
• Leverage industry connections to establish partnerships with corporate clients

Key Responsibilities

: Strategic Business Development

• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for private sector expansion
• Identify and engage corporate clients in need of IT manpower solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers Revenue Generation & Sales Excellence
• Drive new business acquisition and create revenue-generating opportunities
• Develop customized recruitment solutions for corporate clients
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiations Networking & Industry Positioning
• Utilize an established network of corporate leaders to generate business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Stay updated on market trends to refine business development strategies Collaboration & Growth Leadership
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless talent supply chain
• Provide market insights on pricing strategies and service improvements
• Contribute to company growth initiatives by developing innovative client acquisition strategies
