Sales Rep for CoolVu of Columbus Job Title: Window Film Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) Location: Columbus, OH territory Compensation: Commission-based (high earning potential) with paid training Type: 1099 / Independent Contractor *To apply you must submit resume to [please apply online] About the Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you'll sell premium window film solutions to residential and commercial clients. This is a 100% commission role -- ideal for sales professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and performance-based income. You bring the hustle; we'll back you with trusted products, support, and qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, canvassing, and referrals Conduct in-person consultations or virtual estimates with homeowners, business owners, or property managers Present window film solutions based on client needs (e.g. solar, safety, decorative, privacy, or security) Prepare and deliver quotes and close sales Educate customers on benefits, warranty, and maintenance of films Work closely with project managers and installers to ensure smooth execution Track sales activities, manage client relationships, and follow up to drive referrals and repeat business Gain preferred partners with other contractors, builders, glass companies, etc. Reports directly to Director of Operations Requirements: Proven experience in sales (home improvement, B2B, construction, or construction a plus) Must have strong knowledge of CRM and estimating software Strong self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule Excellent communication and negotiation skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must carry or be willing to obtain business liability insurance (if needed for client visits or job sites and on average costs $400 annually) Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and carry up to 50 pounds. This will reset each Jan 1 We will supply the following: 2 shirts, ID badge, Business cards, Sample book with additional samples, Marketing materials, price guide, Low E tester, Laser measuring device and tape measure, tablet with software. We will cover the cost of a membership to either BNI, H7, or other networking programs at our discretion. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65,090.00 - $600,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
