: RRB Dance Company is a leading Bollywood and South Asian fusion dance academy and community, committed to providing high-quality dance instruction, inspiring creativity, and building a supportive dance family. We are expanding and seeking a driven, organized, and personable individual to join our team in a Sales and Administrative role. Position

Overview

: We are looking for a Sales and Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for growing enrollment, managing client relationships, supporting operations, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role that blends sales, customer service, and administrative support for a vibrant dance community.

Responsibilities

: Sales and Client Relations

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, and in person
• Conduct tours of the studio and guide families through enrollment
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the enrollment process
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with lead and enrollment data
• Build positive relationships with current students and families to encourage referrals Administrative Support
• Manage class rosters, schedules, and registration systems
• Assist with event planning, including student showcases and workshops
• Process tuition payments and manage basic accounting records
• Draft and send studio communications (email newsletters, reminders, updates)
• Support Directors with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks Studio Operations
• Welcome students and guests at the studio front desk
• Ensure the studio is organized, clean, and welcoming
• Coordinate with instructors and staff regarding class schedules and events

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-minded with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Organized and detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (or willing to learn)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive work ethic
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, administration, or the performing arts is a plus

Compensation

:

• Hourly Rate: $20-$24/hour (based on experience)
• Performance Incentives: Commission bonuses for enrollment goals
• Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time
• Location: In-person at RRB Dance Company Studio, Cerritos, CA and satelite locations in Chino and Irvine
