Job description: We are a** rapidly growing tax resolution firm and are seeking for self- motivated, hardworking, high-energy candidates to join our team! This entry- level position is responsible for answering high volume calls from a dialer, qualifying, and collecting basic client information. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional customer service while helping our clients achieve the tax relief they deserve. About the Position: * Clear communication in conducting inbound and outbound calls. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Collaborating with colleagues while also working independently. * Ability to utilizing a consultative sales approach in managing time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * This position offers competitive career growth and income opportunities. Job Type : * Full-time. * 8 hour shift. * Day shift. Pay : * $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
