Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also driving sales through effective communication and relationship- building. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities * Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide outstanding service and support. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience. * Process orders, handle returns, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and improving sales techniques. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
