Full description of the position

We are looking for a charismatic, morally grounded candidate with at least 3 years' acquisition and/or dispositions experience to join our fast paced team. The successful candidate will know how to navigate a transaction from A to Z. The successful candidate will also be proactive, diligent and hard working. This position includes getting deals from your personal efforts, and warm company leads that were generated through the company's marketing efforts. Responsibilities

:

  • Build rapport with leads from day 1
  • Follow up with leads daily through CRM to stay on task until deals are closed
  • Conduct walk throughs at properties to assess the condition and determine the rehab budget
  • Assess comparables and property value through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner
  • Price negotiations
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
Qualifications

:

  • Over 3 years' experience in real estate acquisitions/dispositions or real estate sales experience is preferred. No exceptions.
  • Driven and passionate about real estate and wealth building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Charismatic personality and enjoy talking to people Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
