Job Summary
: As the Sales & Marketing Customer Engagement Specialist at JAX Dental Implants and Dentures, you will be responsible for assisting in executing strategies to drive sales and marketing initiatives through our call center operations, while promoting and selling our company products. As Sales & Marketing Customer Engagement Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that the company meets goals/expectations and provides efficient, reliable customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Assisting other team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to align call center strategies with overall company goals
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences/workshops and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Qualifications
: Minimum 2-4 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a call center environment.
Requirements
:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and pressure situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, call center technologies, software applications and phone systems.
- Polite, professional phone voice. Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Data-driven decision-making
Education and Experience
:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in call a center environment
- Experience in sales and marketing
