We are building a world class service organization and our Customer Care Advocates are critical to its continued success. Studio Director is a web based software that helps studios in the Dance, Gymnastics, Fitness, and Cheer industry manage the administrative side of their business while automating class scheduling and student enrollment. Our main goal is to provide top of the line customer service to help the businesses we support focus on what they love Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role. What you'll be doing: * Passionately supporting EverCommerce's commitment to creating an outstanding experience for each of our customers * Assisting customers on functionality/product related questions via phone and email support * Educating customers on the ACH/Credit Card processing industry and serving as a liaison between merchant processors and our customers * Working with our Sales team by building out new customer accounts * Ad-hoc training for customers * Onboarding new customers by proving in depth product walk throughs upon sign up * Mastering the Studio Director solution in order to provide customers with guidance on how to best use our product * Expressing empathy for each customer's situation and working to understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible * Surprising and delighting our customers with a handwritten note, remembering a birthday, or otherwise going the extra mile to knock their socks off * Reducing cancellations by solving problems and offering solutions to customers experiencing any issues Experience & Skills: * Bachelor's degree and minimum one year related work experience required * Technical software experience a plus, but not required * Must be friendly, professional, and committed to creating long-term relationships with our customers * Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline projects on a daily basis * Strong writing and phone skills. * Critical thinker and a willingness to problem-solve * A team player who performs well independently * Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision * Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment Benefits and Perks: - Robust health and wellness benefits - * 401k with match * Flexible Time Off, 11 holidays, and a day off to volunteer each year * Wellness Stipend Compensation: The target hourly rate for this role is $19.00-21.00 per hour in Denver and most remote locations.
