Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Sewer Repair and Excavation team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, taking incoming calls from new customers, scheduling and maintaining the customer from the first contact to the invoice. Part of the pay is performance based and this is a mixture of project management and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience quoting, scheduling, customer service and plumbing or underground work. Duties * Take calls and sell services * Manage the client from the phone call to the job and then invoicing * Effectively document all communications in our CRM * Learn about the sewer repair and drain cleaning business * Manage accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Skills * Proven experience in customer service / team management. * Understanding of Plumbing or underground utility work. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
