• Extensive Training What we're looking for: We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our sales team. We focus on an educational, no-pressure sales approach. This individual must have a positive attitude and good communication. Integrity and desire to strive for excellence are at the core of who we are. A typical work week averages 40-45 hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. About OMF: Original Mattress factory believes in providing a product of value and a shopping experience focused on the benefits that are important in a sleep set.
