Duties * Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and parking lots. * Assist with valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. * Handle cash transactions accurately when required. * Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries or concerns. * Support dealership operations by assisting with vehicle management and presentation. * Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements * Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests. * Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial. * Experience in a dealership or retail environment is advantageous. * Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. * Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff. * A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
