Job Description: A leading provider of continuing education seminars for doctors is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join the team. This role focuses on connecting dental professionals with world-class training in dental implants, surgical procedures, and practice management. Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming leads, nurture relationships, and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into registrations. * Provide exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with registration details. * Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. * Stay up-to-date with dental industry trends and seminar offerings to confidently present course value and ROI. * Two positions available: Inside Sales and Hybrid with weekend travel. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consultative roles (experience in dental, healthcare, or education industries is a plus). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
