All applicants must pass a criminal background check and become a California Notary Public and a Certified Fingerprinting (LiveScan) technician. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, PAID TRAINING. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greets customers when they walk through the door. * Builds rapport through conversation and honest recommendations. * Rings up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order if needed. * Invites customers to search the company's website for coupons and other ways to save money. * Informs customers of any extra charges if necessary. * Assists in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor. * Collaborates with fellow team members to keep the store area clean and organized at all times. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Notary Public (Preferred) * Fingerprint Roller (Preferred) * Other skills required : o Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies. o Excellent communication skills. o Cheerful working attitude. o Outstanding customer service skills. o Ability to work a flexible schedule. o Ability to upsell. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Continually required to stand for 4 hrs * Continually required to walk. * The employee must be able to lift and/or move at least 40lbs pounds without assistance.
