• Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, text, and phone
• Guide customers through the sales process - from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a high show-to-sale ratio
• Build strong rapport and follow up consistently with all leads
• Use our CRM (DealerSocket) to track progress, notes, and customer communication
• Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and inventory Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
