Our real estate firm is seeking a full-time salaried real estate agent who will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up, organizing leads, and going on appointments with prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess values of growth, integrity, and professionalism. This position is perfect for someone who wants to start a career in real estate, and although sales skills are not required, the candidate should be able to engage in deep conversations with people and have a friendly and engaging personality. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct lead generation activities through various sources, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. * Organize and maintain a database of leads and clients and follow up with them regularly. * Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments with prospective clients. * Conduct property tours with clients and provide them with information about properties. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry. * Collaborate with other team members and brokers to ensure the best possible outcome for clients. Qualifications: * A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required. * Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in deep conversations with people. * Must have a bubbly personality and an engaging demeanor. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must possess a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one.
