Full description of the position

Overview We are a small boutique brokerage with operations throughout California. The primary broker has relocated to Southern California but needs an agent in the Bay Area market that is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese is a plus) to help service Chinese speaking clients. Responsibilities * Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties. * Ability to drive themselves and occasionally clients when showing properties. * Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to clients. * Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients. * Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers or renters. Skills * Fluency in speaking Mandarin Chinese. Being able to write in Chinese is a plus. * Ability to drive long distances as I may refer clients looking for properties anywhere from the South Bay to San Francisco to the Sacramento area. * Excellent customer service orientation to provide a positive experience for clients. * Extensive experience in the real estate field is not a requirement, will be willing to train in both residential and commercial real estate fields.
