With over $30 million in annual sales and growing, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tube Bender / CNC Operator to bring expertise, precision, and leadership to our tube bending team. What You'll Do * Operate and program CNC tube bending machines (electro-hydraulic/manual CNC) * Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and spec sheets with precision and accuracy * Utilize trigonometry, XYZ coordinates, angles, and rotations to ensure exact bend measurements * Measure and inspect bends using calipers, protractors, and gauges to meet tight tolerances * Troubleshoot and make on-the-fly adjustments to minimize scrap and ensure part quality * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine setups and optimize efficiency * Train junior operators and serve as a technical resource on the shop floor What We're Looking For: * 5+ years of experience in CNC tube bending (preferably for hydraulic or industrial applications) * Proficiency in trigonometry, spatial measurement, and geometric calculations * Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and schematics * Familiarity with mandrel bending , rotary draw, or roll bending processes * Experience with setup, calibration, and machine maintenance * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to fine detail * A dependable, safety-focused work ethic What We Offer: * Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses * Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) with company match * Paid holidays and vacation time * A culture of innovation, respect, and professional growth
