We are seeking a leader who is driven and hungry to drive a team for success, goal oriented, and performance focused. Territory Managers will be tasked with the following: * Manage and schedule a team of Automotive Recall Technicians in your territory. * Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed * Texting, emailing, and calling potential customers * Share recommendations for improvement or new ideas for scouting You should possess great communication skills and keep organized and detailed notes. Appointment setting skills is a must along with communicating with our Service Director, Service Departments, Parts Department and Recall Technicians on your progress. Prior automotive service experience is a plus but not necessary for consideration. Responsibilities: * Manage a team of technicians, including training and scheduling * Manage parts inventory levels for your territory and order parts as needed. * Online Research to find Recall Vehicles in many States * Contacting and Following Up with Independent Sales and Service Providers on a daily basis * Texting, Emailing and Calling potential Customers and ISP's * Communicating between Customers, ISP's, Managers, Service, Parts and Recall Technicians * Increasing awareness of the company's desire to complete as many Recalls as possible * Regularly reporting your findings to the Service Director * Making recommendations for improvement or new ideas for scouting * Representing the best interests of our Recall Teams * Travel within your assigned territory throughout the week.
