Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Outreach: Generate leads, schedule inspections, and identify potential storm damage in residential areas. * Inspection Coordination: Set up and conduct property inspections, collaborating with homeowners to assess potential damage and present findings. * Homeowner Consultation: Engage in effective communication with homeowners, presenting information on storm damage, discussing solutions, and guiding them through the insurance claim process. * Meeting with insurance adjusters: You're going to have to meet with insurance adjusters during their assessment of the damage. * Estimation Process: Obtain and understand estimates from insurance companies, facilitating clear communication between all parties involved. * Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of roofing, siding, window, and gutter systems, including their assembly, disassembly, and functionality. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance expertise and provide informed recommendations to homeowners.
