Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Duties

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation strategies.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with both new and existing customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or B2B sales.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in lead generation and territory sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
