Location: Remote (Preferred: Los Angeles or West Coast) Job Type: Full-Time Hybird/Remote | Base + Commission Salary: $3,000 - $4,000/month + commission & performance bonuses Company Overview We are a leading sportswear manufacturer based in Zhejiang, China. With over 500 employees and 4 owned factories, we supply major retailers and brands worldwide. Our newly established U.S. office in Irvine, CA is now expanding into off-price retail channels such as Ross, dd's DISCOUNTS, and Burlington. Position Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representatives to help us grow our U.S. off-price retail business. The ideal candidate has experience working with or for Ross, Burlington, or similar discount retailers. This role focuses on building relationships, managing sample presentations, and securing purchase orders. Key Responsibilities * Approach and build relationships with off-price buyers (Ross, Burlington, etc.) * Coordinate sample submissions, product pricing, and packaging * Liaise with our China production team to ensure smooth execution * Track orders and ensure timely delivery * Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in off-price retail (Ross, Burlington, etc.) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Based in the U.S. (preferably Los Angeles area) * Familiarity with apparel product cycles and cost structures Compensation & Benefits * Monthly Base Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 * Commission: 3% of Revenue from each confirmed PO (Our single PO is big quantity) * Bonus: $3,000-$5,000 per successful account entry (e.g., PO from Ross) * Quarterly and annual performance bonuses * Flexible working hours, remote-friendly How to Apply: Please submit your resume via Indeed, Or feel free to contact our CEO Mr. Jinlong Qin directly.
