Join to our TIGER Family!! #joinTIGER As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac's brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for Denver, CO. Main Activities * Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory * Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations * Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction * Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy * Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required * Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries * Monitor and support current market and competitor activities * Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 3 years in sales with a proven track record in the coating industry * Skilled in working with sales processes & techniques * Overnight Travel * Valid Driver's License * Coatings Experience Travel * Overnight travel is required * Some international travel required to attend Sales Meeting * Passport is required TIGER Drylac USA, Inc is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
