For more information on who we are, please visit our website at [please apply online] Overview of Position: Heiser Toyota has an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants work with our Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. They are responsible for inspecting, preparing, and presenting vehicles to customers; arranging test drives, providing advice and answering sales related questions, and working with customers and the Sales Team to make successful sales. Responsibilities * Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and services * Attend all virtual and in person training * Have a working knowledge of all vehicles offered for sale * Maintain at least zone average CSI * Inspect, prepare, and present vehicles to customers * Arrange test drives when needed * Provide advice on purchasing vehicles * Answer and address any sales related questions or concerns * Work with customers and Sales Team to complete successful purchases * Prepare and complete all necessary purchase documents Requirements * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Previous Sales experience preferred * Previous Automotive Knowledge preferred * Valid and clean WI Driver's License * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to function as part of a team and work independently * Willingness to learn and take direction * Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment Benefits/Compensation * Competitive Pay * Competitive Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Accident, and Cancer Insurance * Training and growth opportunities * Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay * 401k with Company Match We use E-Verify.
