Responsibilities: * Customer Contact : Follow-up with leads in a timely manner, manage prospective clients, set actions, return communications, and sign contracts. * Needs Assessments: Perform roof inspections, looking for issues to solve, measuring the roof and building a bid to give to the homeowner. * Presentations: Prepare client proposals and communicate the value we offer to convince homeowners that we are the best choice for their roof project. * Contract/Price Negotiation: Be the point of contact for communicating with insurance companies, present prices to clients, negotiate and close deals. * Connect & Network: Build your contact list and generate your own leads by networking with homeowners and finding new clients. * Equipment & Vehicles Management: Maintain and responsibly handle company-issued equipment and vehicles. Requirements: * Must have in-home sales experience. Construction and roofing specific is a plus. * Must be willing to work 40-50 hours per week.
