Job

Responsibilities

:

• Call our qualified leads within minutes of receiving their information- email follow-up.
• Set site assessments and virtual appointments for sales.
• Collect customer data needed to prepare a quote.
• Follow up with leads not yet contacted to ensure contact is made, appointment set, or questions answered.
• Work with our CRM to keep diligent and accurate notes.
• Follow up with customers between 2-5 days after appointments.
• Reply to customer emails within 24 hours.
• Answer the company phone.
• Track team receipts.
• Generate marketing material and post on social media.
• Opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

:

• Ability to work with administrative and management staff to record critical information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
• Ability to communicate effectively through phone & email communication.
• Strong, stable work ethic
• Self-motivator
• Detail oriented
• Proficient computer skills
• Work Home Shows/State Fair when needed, which includes the occasional weekends.
• Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• In-office position - Plymouth
• Other duties as assigned.
