OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION: This role requires a reliable and customer-focused individual to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls to the company's general phone line. This role requires excellent communication skills, a courteous and professional demeanor, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently. In addition to handling customer service responsibilities, this position supports various special projects across the organization. The role primarily assists the accounting and operations teams within the cardlock (CFN) business line. Familiarity with Excel and a willingness to learn and adapt to different office functions are essential. JOB DUTIES: * Provide excellent customer service by answering phones promptly and resolving customer needs. * Depending on location, various other tasks may include but are not limited to the following: greet customers, assist walk-in customers, receive and process mail, take payments, enter sales orders and invoices, data entry, and use and create spreadsheets. * Support special projects, primarily related to the cardlock (CFN) business line, including accounting and operational tasks. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These benefits are available to full time employees. 401(k) - Full time and part time employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k) plan following a predetermined amount of time. This option comes with a company match of up to 4%. Days Off - Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
