We are actively seeking a Wireless Account Manager to join our team. In this Wireless Account Manager role, you will be at the forefront of presenting businesses with AT&T's state-of-the-art wireless and internet services, connecting customers with intelligent, customized communication solutions that drive their personal and professional connectivity forward. What You 'll Do as an Wireless Account Manager: * Represent AT&T's latest wireless internet products to both new and existing businesses * Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations based on customer needs for wireless and internet products * Customize service plans and quotes to fit individual businesses and budgets * Build strong relationships with customers and local business partners * Process orders for customers and follow through on their service satisfaction * Resolve questions and concerns quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction * Track sales performance and report on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics * Manage accounts with detail on all business information ensuring accuracy * Share valuable customer insights and competitor feedback to continue improve Wireless Account Manager Qualifications: * Experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is preferred * Strong people skills with a confident, professional presence * Excellent verbal and written communication * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently * Willingness to travel locally to the office * Bilingual is a plus to work with diverse business owners but not required.
