Responsibilities

: - Process and manage patient claims - Collect payments and resolve issues related to patient accounts - Assist patients with repayment structures and negotiate overdue balances - Generate bills and explain insurance benefits to patients - Cross-train in related positions within Patient Accounts and Billing Patient Account Representative

Qualifications
