You must also have a passion for helping people with a varying degree of questions or concerns as they arise. A working knowledge of Service Titan Operating System would be helpful but not required.

Job Description

: Setting appointments for incoming sales and maintenance calls. Making outgoing sales calls from incoming lead sources. Respond to all emails, phone and text leads. Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with notes for sales and service associate Provide consistent follow-up to all leads with the goal of setting the appointment Entering all leads into Service Titan and appropriate spreadsheets Job

Qualifications

: High School diploma 1 year experience in setting sales appointments Effective time management skills Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
