You must also have a passion for helping people with a varying degree of questions or concerns as they arise. A working knowledge of Service Titan Operating System would be helpful but not required. Job Description: Setting appointments for incoming sales and maintenance calls. Making outgoing sales calls from incoming lead sources. Respond to all emails, phone and text leads.
