*The Fairfield Auto Mall is ' Now Hiring " Automotive Sales Consultants Job Details: * Commission + draw * $125,000+ a year based on your commitment and your dedication. * Full time Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), & Life Insurance * Employee discount * Referral program * Paid training Responsibilities: * Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself. * Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them. * Show customer vehicle options. * Do a walk-around for vehicles with a description. * Take customers who can test drive. * Work numbers. * Retrieve credit applications. * Work side by side with the manager to sell the vehicle. * Communicate, communicate, communicate. * You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged. * Provide customers and managers with accurate information. Qualifications: * Clean driving record. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to pass drug screening. * Business attire. * Ability to manage yourself when needed.
