The average commission per roof installed is $1,330*. The average associate makes between 1-3 sales per week. Primary Responsibilities -Become a roofing professional, with a deep understanding of metal, shingle, tile, rolled roofs and other roofing systems. -Receiving training to conduct surveys of neighborhoods for storm damage, weathered or aged roofs, and other anomalies that cause structural damage to roofs. -Establish client relationships with homeowners to provide roofing solutions that meet their needs. -Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. -Conduct roof inspections and weather-damage analysis (drones can be used if the roof is too steep). -Maintain and update project management and client outreach, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system. -Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals. -Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft. -Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions. -Perform other duties as assigned. -Our production department handles all installations and our sales reps conduct roof inspections. Position Requirements -Outstanding communication skills. -Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail. -Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including homeowners and insurance adjusters. -Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask. -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work well collaboratively with others. -Proficient with basic computer functions. -Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required. -Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license. -The company will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to all applicable Fair Chance Act laws.
