About the Role: Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Eastern NY, you will have the opportunity to join our highly motivated team who is passionate about providing the best customer experience and making an impact in our communities. At Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Eastern NY, our Sales Consultants are set up for success with pre-scheduled appointments, uncapped commission with earning potential of $100k-$200k+, and the help of a supportive team and training program that will assist you in reaching new heights in your career. What you can expect from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Eastern NY: * Earning potential between $100,000-$200,000+ with uncapped commission pay * Must be able to run up to 3 pre-scheduled appointments each day * NO cold calling. Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed Appointments * Through our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to: * Effectively close sales in your designated territory * Deliver effective sales presentations with homeowners * Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress What you will do: * Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projects * Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology * Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately * Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops * Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects What you need to succeed: * 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred * Ability to close utilizing a proven one call close methodology * Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs * Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely * Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Uncapped commission People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
