Position Description & Requirements: RentMart Sales Specialists are responsible for building and maintaining the customer relationships that are the foundation of RentMart's retail & lease sales success. Sales Specialists work with the Store Manager to develop and lead store associates in the implementation of the RentMart sales approach, perform store operations functions such as opening and closing the store, and maintain compliance with Company policies and operating procedures to ensure the delivery of an exceptional Brand experience for every customer that results in sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. You'll contribute to a sales-driven culture by modeling our Core Values and engaging in sales related activities that reinforce RentMart's Brand Promise of "Simply....A Better Experience".
