Full description of the position

A North Carolina-based automotive additive company is expanding in the Charlotte area and seeking a Business Development Manager to manage existing accounts while driving new sales. This role is ideal for a results- driven professional with a compelling sales personality, strong active listening skills, and a hunger to identify and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic outreach and meetings. * Increase the value of current customer accounts while driving additional sales. * Train clients on product usage, benefits, and best practices. * Conduct business development meetings, service advisor training, and technician training. * Implement sales processes and programs tailored to client needs. Administrative Responsibilities: * Prepare and update daily reports. * Collect accounts receivable during client visits. * Manage product inventory and ensure accuracy. * Deliver products to customers as needed. * Complete sales invoicing and new account qualification paperwork. * Maintain a Monday-Friday (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) schedule , with potential Saturday hours based on performance goals. * Attend all company meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
