CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the architectural business who is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professional! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Rep Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $20 - $22/hr based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 7PM, some Saturdays Job Description: * Answer inbound phone calls averaging 75-100 calls a day during peak season * Process inbound sales orders offering help with selection when needed and monitoring orders for errors * Answer emails from customers regarding product information * Some outbound calling during slow season Requirements: * Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented salesperson * Good written and oral communication skills * Able to handle call center averaging 75-150 calls a day during peak season * Typing 40-50 wpm, proficient 10 key by touch * Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel * JDE knowledge a plus but not required * Fence/stair rail/steel product knowledge a plus but not required * Bilingual Spanish is required * Must have stable work history - no job hoppers Application Process Includes: * Drug testing * Background check DALLAS123 DALLAS123
