Responsibilities and Duties * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot * Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month * Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies * Maintains owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction * Maintains a prospect development system * Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner * Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase and fully explains product performance, application, and benefits to prospects * Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive Qualifications and Skills * Able to establish personal sales goals and implement a plan of action to achieve goals * Computer proficiency * Good communication skills both oral and written with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Ability to process data and organize it * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Benefits Medical,Dental, 401K, Paid Vacation Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
