Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing sales, insurance claims, D2D interactions, and retail sales skills, with a focus on outside sales and territory management. Duties * Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door knocking and referral programs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients. * Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. * Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and improve performance. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or roofing sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Experience in D2D sales, outside sales, or territory sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with D2D sales processes and strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and priorities. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
