Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. * Manage assigned territories to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction. * Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance product visibility. * Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products or services. * Achieve sales targets through direct sales efforts and business development initiatives. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or technology sales is highly desirable. * Strong skills in territory management to effectively cover assigned regions. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Demonstrated ability in direct sales and business development strategies. * Proficient in conducting product demos that highlight key selling points. * Familiarity with software solutions relevant to our industry is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
