The primary functions of the Customer Service Representative are to assist internal and external customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer issues. Job Duties * Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing including returns and credits. * Confirming pricing, item number/description and quantities are correct. * Provide information about the products and services, pricing, order status, billing, returns and credits. * Document and update customer records based on interactions. * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. * Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing. * Confirming pricing, item number/description and quantities are correct. * Ability to research issues independently to determine root cause and corrective action needed. * Demonstrate follow up action with customers, distributors, sales force, and end users. * Provide continuous and responsive support to sales force. * Ability to work with other departments such as Shipping, Production, and Purchasing. * Heavy filing, contract updates, data entry backup, special projects as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications * Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (not a remote position). * Must have strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve. * Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. * Adaptability to work efficiently and effectively daily under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficient in Microsoft 365. Strong Excel skills a + * Proficient in NetSuite preferred but not required. * Positive and professional demeanor. Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: * Minimum of 2+ years related experience in customer service, inside sales support or related fields; (experience in retail field is not applicable) Physical Requirements - Essential * Prolonged periods of sitting * Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use keyboard and computer monitor for prolonged periods of time.
