Full description of the position

Local steel and sheet metal fabrication company is seeking a customer service / industrial representative to be the point of contact for our customers and provide all communications with them regarding their order request.

Duties

:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Provide efficient information about products and services
• Provide customer data to project manager for quotes and estimates
• Submit quotes and updates of existing projects to customers
• Communicate with project manager regarding customer order status

Requirements

:

• Great customer service / sales skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills including MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience with fabricated or manufactured steel and sheet metal products preferred
• Ability to comprehend fabrication drawing and dimensions preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
