Responsibilities and Duties Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives). Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the operating features, warranty and paperwork. Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, internet and person-to-person. Maintain a prospect development system. Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and a referral business. Superior communication and customer service skills. Excellent follow-up skills. Solid working knowledge of the Internet. Understanding of manufacturer's specifications. Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Current drivers license. Qualifications and Skills Great Attitude-Positive, Assertive, Fearless, Loves People, Team Player, Bilingual a plus, College degree, Sales experience required. Superior customer service skills. Consistent and stable employment history. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Excellent negotiation abilities. Enthusiastic presence.
