Position

Overview

: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented sales representative to lead our residential/retail merchandise acquisition program throughout South Florida. This role involves identifying and securing new bin locations in apartment/condo complexes, as well as establishing other merchandise acquisition opportunities in retail spaces. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident negotiator, and passionate about making a positive community impact. Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and approach apartment/condos and businesses to present partnership opportunities
• Clearly present the mission and community value of our donation program
• Negotiate and finalize agreements
• Track and maintain records of prospects, agreements, and ongoing partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams for pick-up options
• Travel throughout the region (within a 50-mile radius) to conduct meetings and site visits
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, field outreach, or business development
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the South Florida area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Schedule: Flexible availability (M-F with occasional weekends as needed)

Education and Experience

:

• High school diploma (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
