Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish enabling them to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. As a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of our store. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. * Operate crm efficiently, handling credit/debit card transactions accurately and responsibly. * Maintain clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible. * Engage with customers to promote products through upselling techniques. * Supervise and guide junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Utilize basic math skills for accurate debit/credit card handling and inventory management. * Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Experience * Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. * Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is essential. * Supervisory experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities within a team setting. * Proficiency in basic math skills to support accurate transactions and inventory management. * Bilingual skills are required; fluency in English plus another language is necessary for effective communication.
