We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
• Effectively communicate over the phone, providing information about products and services as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Assist in creating visually appealing merchandise displays that attract customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience operating POS systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to selling and assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
