As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers. Your role will involve engaging with clients through various channels including email, phone, in-person meetings, and on- site visits. Your focus will be on developing strong, lasting relationships-- guiding prospects through the sales process and nurturing them into loyal, long-term clients. We're looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen ability to listen and understand client needs, and strong organizational habits. While previous experience is valued, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities: * Preparing product estimates based off customer specifics * Implementing work orders to ensure timely service and the delivery of completed orders * Taking part in daily team meetings to gameplan execution of business and marketing * Proactively taking initiative to be an active part of the overall success of the center Qualifications: * Strong confidence in your ability to provide quality service * Active listening skills with the ability to ask the right questions and determine the customers' needs * Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal * Outgoing in nature, with a persistence to do what it takes to get the job done * Confidence with outbound calling and approaching individuals or businesses and promote services * Proficiency with CRM systems (ex.
