About the Role As our Showing Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a client-facing position ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and thrives on interacting with people. Responsibilities * Show team listings to prospective buyers and buyer agents * Coordinate and schedule showing appointments * Handle inbound calls related to showings * Communicate showing feedback and results to sellers * Assist with minor administrative tasks in the office as needed * Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients and colleagues * Schedule includes weekends and may vary week-to-week Qualifications * Florida Real Estate License (Required or in progress) * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred -- English fluency is required * Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license * Must live in the Miami area * Available to work Tuesday -Saturday * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities * Professional demeanor and appearance * Highly organized, punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Job Details * Job Type: Full-time * Schedule: 8-hour shifts, includes weekends * Work Location: Multiple locations throughout Miami * Remote Work: No Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) * Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
