About the Role

As our Showing Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a client-facing position ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and thrives on interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Show team listings to prospective buyers and buyer agents
• Coordinate and schedule showing appointments
• Handle inbound calls related to showings
• Communicate showing feedback and results to sellers
• Assist with minor administrative tasks in the office as needed
• Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients and colleagues
• Schedule includes weekends and may vary week-to-week

Qualifications

• Florida Real Estate License (Required or in progress)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred -- English fluency is required
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must live in the Miami area
• Available to work Tuesday -Saturday
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Highly organized, punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Job Details
