Apollo Home is currently accepting applications for Sewer Sales / Plumbing Sales. Sewer and/or Excavation experience is highly preferred, but a minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required. The Main Task: Estimate and sell jobs that include water, sewer service repairs, and replacement work for the Plumbing Installation Department Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Job Responsibilities: * Estimate and sell jobs that include, but are not limited to the following types of work: water service, sewer service, sump pumps, sewage ejector systems, camera/video of sewer lines, other outside plumbing work requiring hand digging and/or tractor work * Prepare and obtain building department permits for the Utility Department or other departments as needed * Follow up with prospects to close the sale, answer questions, or learn when they are unsuccessful in bids * Assist with customer questions and concerns * Visit ongoing job sites as requested and maintain responsibility for jobs as they progress until final billing is sent. * Assist supervisor, production manager, and billing coordinator Minimum Job Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * 3+ years of business-to-consumer sales experience with proven success in exceeding sales quotas * Excellent customer relations skills to build lifelong customers * Excellent communication skills to ensure each job goes smoothly Physical Requirements: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods and to speak and hear. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
