Summary: We are seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at EcoWater Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients, ensuring they receive the best water treatment solutions tailored to their needs. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to improve water quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Conduct assessments of customer needs for water treatment solutions. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. * Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to promote our products. * Utilize technical knowledge to provide solutions that meet customer requirements. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales potential. * Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and feedback. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar software. Requirements: * Proven experience in outside and inside sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. * Cold Calling (+) * Door to Door Sales (+) * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Technical sales experience related to water treatment or similar industries is highly desirable. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
